  • Bands: Attach each end of the band to a handle.

Body Position:

  • Lay on your back with your feet 1 to 2 feet away from the door, holding a handle in each hand.
  • Knees¬†raised and feet should be flat on the floor.
  • Begin by keeping your arms straight and close to your body, palms facing up.


  • Pull the handles and bend your arms until your hands are over your chest.
