Why I do what I do.

As a Fitness Director and Wellness Professional with a Master’s in Kinesiology, Sports & Performance Nutrition, I have dedicated my career to promoting health, vitality, and performance — both on land and at sea.

Currently serving aboard a luxury cruise line in the USA, I conduct engaging fitness classes, lead wellness seminars, and oversee cross-promotional strategies to drive revenue through holistic well-being experiences. My passion for fitness is rooted in science-backed methodologies, blending movement, nutrition, and education to help people live stronger, longer, and healthier lives.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring new technologies, hiking in nature, photographing life’s best moments, or diving deep into wellness trends across the globe. Traveling and working worldwide has been more than a career — it’s a way of life that continues to shape my perspective and enrich the value I bring to every role.
