Bye Bye Chicken Legs Workout starts with 3 sets of “Squats With Resistance Bands” Exercise, followed by 3 sets of “Lunge With Resistance Bands” and “Lying Hamstrings Curl With Resistance Bands”. Next up are 3 sets of “Repel Squat With Resistance Bands” and then it’s time for 3 sets of Standing Calf Raise With Resistance Bands. The Workout will end with “Standing One Legged Calf Raise With Resistance Bands”.
